Taste
The entry is supple while the bouquet of timber, fruits and caramelized fruits confirms what the nose beheld, revealing more pronounced notes of spicy dark chocolate and coffee. The delicate and velvety texture lingers subtly on the palate.
Nose
Deeply earthy aromas of dried red fruits, sweet ripe figs and orange marmalade create a backdrop to bright notes, with a dry and warm flavour fading into rich fragrances of sweet red fruits and sherry. The nose then reveals the sharply focused presence of coffee, dark chocolate and spices scents.
Colour
The magnificent amber coloured rum is emphasized by its brilliance.
